odd Firefox Flash sound issue

So I just bought an M-Audio Transit and until I get my 7.1 system shipped, I tested it out through the analogue output. Everything works fine except for Flash in Firefox, there's no sound whatsoever. Safari works fine but Firefox doesn't for some reason. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

What version of the Flash Player are you using? One of the fixes in 9.0.20.0 related to the Flash Player related to the Flash Player not outputting audio when certain (primarily audio-centric) applications changed the system audio settings.

There was some weird issue with this awhile ago. Opening up GarageBand and doing something seemed to fix it. Sorry I don't remember the specifics, but I Googled it, and it came up with a simple fix that was something like that.
