Odd iCloud happening with KeyChain and Safari Auto Fill across devices.

I noticed when I update a password on my iPad with Safari it isn't syncing with my MacBook. I changed it about a week or so ago so I would think that they should reflect one another by now, but the MacBook didn't reflect Safari auto fill on my iPad. I had to manually change my keychain on my MacBook. I know for sure that if I change a password on my MacBook that my iPad will reflect it. Any ideas? I'm kind of puzzled.
 
Both devices are completely updated to the latest revisions of OS X and iOS. They are both signed in under the same account.
