I just found an iPhone 5C at a local junk shop for cheap. It's in fairly good shape (if anyone wants I'll post pics.) and is a blue 16GB model. However, it was manufactured in August 2015. By this point, the 16GB model was gone. Does anyone have an idea if this is from another country or if this is an error?

16gb was a available until March 2016...

Everything I've found has said that the 32 and 16GB went away in September 2014 and the 8GB in September 2015. I did not know it was available that long.

The dates you find on the Internet are rarely correct.

For example, iPhone 6s might be considered discontinued by Apple and no longer available at Apple Stores. But it is still being manufactured as new for carriers like AT&T.

And sometimes corporate customers are able to get phones that are no longer available for sale to the general public.
