Odd issue with one display waking before the other... Anyone else?

Ever since upgrading to HS I have this odd bug this is really annoying me.

I have two Dell U2515H monitors attached to a 2014 Mac mini.

My main one is attached via Thunderbolt and the secondary via HDMI.

When I wake up the computer, the secondary that is connected via HDMI wakes up immediately and my main display takes about 3-4 seconds to wake up after that.

It's a small issue but becomes incredibly annoying.

Anyone else have the same issue? If so, a solution?

Guess I might have to do a fresh install if this isn't happening for anyone else.

Just FYI for everyone, fresh install doesn't fix this. I gave up caring.

Yea I get that, seems to me that the apple connection starts with the mac and then I get the HDMI coming on after the load into the OS.
