Hey guys, little issue going on with my slot loading DVD drive in my Powerbook.
Whenever I insert a disk (all but one occasion) it makes this cyclical grindy-scratchy noise. When I eject the disks there isnt any damage apparent, but the noise sounds really terrible. Anyone had this happen before or know how to make it go away? I'd really like to enjoy a DVD on this, but with the sound of a tree branch being mulched in the background, it's kinda difficult.
