It means that a mandatory update has been released to ensure optimal system performance and stability while addressing known issues.
Sounds like a carrier update, try checking Settings > General > About and see if theres anything in the carrier section

Pop-up blocking won't stop those kinds of messages. It's an ad or worse, don't click it whatever you do.
That looks to be for your AT&T hardware. Not iOS. Contact AT&T or check your modem / router. This is also in-app, popup blockers will not prevent these.
That’s ATT. Do you have ActiveArmor? Go and update the app via App store. I got same message.

I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Again I got the exact same message on the app and chances are super high you’re not gonna get spam pops on Apple devices like you would on Windows PC lol

I opened up myAT&T app and got the same message. Hit "Continue" and that was it and continued to log into the app.
No biggie.
If the screen flickers now after hitting continue. That’s just weird that happening. Have you rebooted your iPhone. Does the screen still flicker. Are you able to record the flickering and share it with us.
