I'm not really sure where to put this, so feel free to move it moderators.

I was adding an old iPhone 5s to my apple account today to use as an iPod touch of sorts and everything went fine as far as that goes. However, a settings notification popped up on my other, current devices (M4 MBA and iPhone 15 Pro) during the process saying that my health and other data wasn't syncing properly. I clicked on it on my MacBook and it wanted the Apple ID password, which I provided. It then wanted me to input the password to my iPhone "iPhone" After several failed attempts of putting in the passcode to the only iPhone on my Apple ID, my 15 Pro's, it denied it and said use another device.

So, I used the 15 Pro to do it, and it let me know that it wanted the passcode from the iPhone "iPhone" which was an SE 1st gen that was my previous iPod touch of sorts about 10 months ago. I have long since signed out, erased, and removed that device from my account, including its backups. It has been activated on someone else's account at this point.

I'm a bit concerned, and I want to know how to get it to use my main iPhone, the 15 pro, for such requests in the future and why it's using the long erased SE1.

Thank you for any input!
