i'm in the middle of uploading my entire photo library to icloud. previously, i had no photos in icloud, and for the purposes of doing this imported all my photos from my phone into the photos app (ie i had nothing to upload from any ios device, only my mac).
the upload was going well, however now there are 16 photos missing from my moments on my iphone. i have icloud photo library enabled on both my ipad and iphone, and the number of "all photos" tallies exactly. on the ipad, photos + videos + hidden = all photos. but on the iphone, videos and hidden are the same but photos is 16 fewer. any ideas why?
should i disable icloud photo library on the phone and download them all again?
