Odd safari issues...

Biggest issue is that new tabs stopped working.

See facebook tab and the blank tab is this forum.
If I click on the blank tab it will open facebook not this forum.

If click on the + for new tab it creates another blank tab but clicking on it will only load the first tab again.

Is there a refresh option like in chrome?
Where can reset it without loosing saved data etc?
