OEM Midnight Blue 38mm band w/gold

Is there anywhere to buy an original Midnight blue with gold accents 38mm band? I see the one on Apple's site has silver.

You're going to have to buy it off someone that purchased the combo initially and is willing to part with it.
 
If I remember correctly, only the 42mm came in midnight blue with the gold hardware. The 38mm was antique white with gold hardware.
