If I'm planning to run boot camp for autocad and microsoft excel and outlook, OEM should be fine?

I won't be running any virtual programmes because the whole purpose of boot camp is autocad for me.

For Windows 7 by the way.
 
OEM/Retail

OEM can only be activated on one computer and can not be transfered to another computer. Retail can be transfered to another computer.

EDIT: You can call Microsoft support to make them transfer OEM, if your motherboard fails.
