Hey guys, first time poster long time lurker here.
I'll try to keep the story short and sweet
: Non-us resident, going on holidays to Miami in a couple of weeks and was wondering how to get my hands on an Iphone 5.
Apple doesn't seem to be offering a factory unlocked phone right now so I guess that my best bet would be to get an off contract I5.
The problem is: where and how?
Can't get one online through Apple cause I fail the carrier eligible tests (as I'm no Verizon/AT&T/Sprint customer), no SSN either(Tourist!) so I can't just sign for a new line.
Best Buy / Radio shack don't seem to be offering the I5 off contract either.
I guess my only choice would be CL/Ebay, but would rather pick it up myself (and inspect it!) due to the whole scruffgate thing going on.
Anyone got any tips?
