I'm offering some free website space for people who might be interested. I have quite a large hosting plan, and most of my bandwidth and space is going to waste by just sitting there. You can host your own site, or just use some space for hosting images and such.

Things have to still follow basic rules, such as no racism, pornography, illegal content, etc. Also, if you want your own site, it would be hosted as http://www.(yourchoiceofname).f-ish.net. Get it? Fishnet? Oh, I kill myself sometimes. :D

I'd like for hostees to have some design experience, so that I'm not hosting a bunch of shabby-looking websites under my f-ish.net domain. And FTP experience is preferred because I don't like explaining how to go through it step by step all the time.

If you want to apply for some free space - I can supply tons of space and bandwidth so don't hesitate to ask - just PM me. If you just want to take a look around, or find some more information about my site/domain, the link's in my profile.

Yep, that's it. Free space, free bandwidth, free domain, a little bit of free tech support, no ads, etc. etc. etc.

No takers? Seeing people looking for cheap/free space, and I'm offering alot of it... A small bunch of hostees and I use up under 5% of my total capacity, and that's with about 60,000 hits a month total. Just bumping just in case if people missed it.

I'd take it if you don't have any takers :) How much bandwidth are you getting per month? I know how to use FTP and HTML, PHP, etc.

I will actually host a domain of your own if you have one. However, I have a limit of 3 add-on domains, so I'd need to be really impressed with a site to use one of my limited add-on domains.

Space and bandwidth are practically unlimited. I can get hundreds of megabytes, up to gigabytes in space if needed... that's no problem. As for bandwidth, just tell him how much you'd like. I'd be willing to offer any single person up to the area of about 20GB a month, but I wouldn't mind offering even more bandwidth if it's needed. Just tell how much space and bandwidth you plan to use so I can know how many more hostees I can fit in safely.

I prefer to see an example of prior work. I'm not stringent on design, but I don't like 5-minute-slap-togethers done in netscape composer. Yep, that's about it.

Does it have MYSql?

If it does, I'll take it...I have plenty of web experience and need a better host! PM me!

Yep, it's got MySQL. Also has cgi, php, etc... all that you'd find on a linux server.

Uh... Wow... You're really kind for offering people FREE web space, ZoomZoomZoom. I actually do need some space (How much are you offering btw?) since tripod kicked me off their servers (Nothing illigal, just so happened that my site had no ads, despite being a free account because I made it 100% flash based instead of html and they couldn't inject ads into it). I already have my own domain (From school), but they're really stingy with the space, and is unusable for posting videos on...

I can offer pretty much all the space you want, as long as you're not hosting like 200 megabyte files. (Actually I can probably host those too, pending on how many downloads per month you get.)

Just tell me the username and password you want, and I'll set it up. Username will be your subdomain, i.e. username "tuna" would give you domain http://www.tuna.f-ish.net
