Office 2004 - Entourage & address Book

Hey all, I was told that you can sync your Entourage address book (and calendar) with the main apple Address Book app (and iCal). Is this actually possible? If so, how?

Not sure what the previous poster is talking about but you can sync them through Preferences in Entourage. See pic.

Great, that worked for my contacts, but it didn't sync my calendar.
