If I install Windows on my Mac - then install Office 365 will I need separate licenses for the Office installation on the Mac side and the Windows side? IE does Office 'see' this as 2 separate installations?

I have Office 365 on my iMac and it counts Mac OS X as one installation and Windows 7 as a separate installation (i.e. it counts as 2 computers).
