As many of you did, I bought the Office for Mac 2004 edition on Black Friday during the Super Suite Deal. I sent my items to Microsoft about two months ago and my order is still pending. I'm starting to think my items have been misplaced. I've been emailing Microsoft customer represenatives but they are not really helpful. My only mistake is that I didn't buy the tracking/delivery option from the postal service because I have faith in them. I'm pretty sure my order is not lost. At least I hope not....
I'm wondering if any of you have had the same problem (misplaced order, long time for it to be pending) and any suggestions on what I should do.
