Officejet Plus 6500A E710n won't print correctly

My printer an HP Officejet Plus 6500A E710n has stopped printing correctly. I have reset the printer changed the cartridge clean and aligned the printer head and rebooted. I can print in color but all the colours are off. I cannot print any black and white text.

Any recommendations as for the next troubleshooting step? I know HP printers have a secret menu I havent looked into that.

Check all the print setup because some program or someone screwed with you.

What do mean by that statement? A installed program screwed with the printer setup or someone in your office deleted a printer driver on your Mac (unless multiple Macs show this in your office).
