Official 1.1.3 upgrader file missing

The "Official 1.1.3 upgrader" file is missing from installer on my ipod.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Does anyone know where I can get the file?

try this source it will install and enable full 1.1.3 update plus apps and extras
