I'd always assumed the icons for Phone, and Messages were solid colour.
But after more than a year, I just noticed they have really subtle diagonal lines, a sort of hatching.

Now I can't not notice it!
How have I only seen this now??

lol @ the things I get worked up about

Really? I noticed that the 1st day. I guess I'm just more observant.

Did you notice the address on the "Maps" app? 🙂

Also, the "Photos" app is a sunflower. 😉

Yes, that was sarcasm

Somewhat related, the other day it was 73 degrees and Sunny in my town and I unlocked my phone and saw 73 and sunny displayed on the weather app icon. I never paid attention to what temp. it said before so I got excited for a second thinking the icon updated to your local weather like calendar shows the current date. Then I actually thought about it and recalled it always saying 73 and sunny.

Also, I never notice a voice memo app on my screen until about June 17th...

just kidding.
