Continue to follow the instructions within the app. Go to settings>general>kenyboard>english and change the stock keyboard to your new five row (a couple of other options there too).

Oh, where did you see that? I would have never thought to set it up that way. Thanks for the help.

Does anyone know of an app that puts notifications in the status bar as icons that works on iPad 2? Some of the ones I believe worked on iPad 1 (OpenNotifier, Notifier) don't seem to be working.

OpenNotifier 1.0-2 by n00neim0rtant works perfectly fine for me. I even downloaded all the extra icons, via the Cydia apps addons. No problems. I have the 64gb wifi iPad2.

issues with 5row keyboard

i JB'd my ipad this weekend and installed the 5row keyboard (one of the main reasons why i wanted to JB). it seems to have issues when an app uses the simple 4-digit password feature for security - the problem is that no keyboard is enabled and presented. the two apps that i see this problem with are AVplayerHD and PhotoManagerPro, wouldn't surprise me if there are others. apps that use more sophisticated password security seem to call a different API and do not have this missing keyboard issue, the 5row keyboard appears correctly on those.

i use the latter app a lot and am going to have to switch back to the standard keyboard which is a major bummer. it's either a problem with the 5row keyboard code or how it interacts with the JB'd iOS. once you switch back to the standard keyboard, the keys are visible again.

i'm going email the developer tonight to see if he is aware of this and can supply a fix.

I had to uninstall OpenNotifier as it messes up my lock rotation option. I have the button set for lock rotation instead of mute sounds and when I had OpenNotifier installed, every time i used the button, it locks rotation as well as mutes.

BatteryDetective doesn't work. I emailed the author and he said he'd post a fix in about 24h but that's come and gone.

You're right. On your advice, I downloaded OpenNotifier again and it seems to be working. Thanks.

I am noticing the mute icon GQ.Ukyo mentioned, but I can live with that.

Vwallpaper...is there a version for the ipad? I use the one for ios4 but it seems to be for iphone only so when I install and use a background, it is the size of an iphone screen. Any ideas? Thanks!

I can't get Dimmer to work on my iPad2. After installing it on Cydia, it reboots in safe mode every time. Anyone have any luck with that?

The problem isnt with vwallpaper itself but the videos themselves are sized to the iphone's screensize.

Add this repo and browse through it:

You can always try Dreamboard but I dont know how many themes that it has or if its fully supported yet. Winterboard, iThemeIt, Dreamboard and vWallpaper are the only theme systems I know for IOS devices :(
