Just to continue the cider theme, I had the last 2 beers in the flat just now, and rather than walk to the local corner shop, I cracked open the cider my boyfriends parents brought us when they had been on holiday in Cornwall. It comes in a plastic fake stone jug thing. This raised alarm bells for me, as did the "medium" label - I'm strictly a "dry" kinda girl. I'm not usually a cider drinker, but having lived in Somerrrrrset for 2 years now, had recently been enjoying Westons on occasion. Soooo, just opened it, and added a load of ice, cause it was warm, and it tastes smells just like a farmyard/warm vinegar/slight apple hint. Uggggh. Hang on, I'll take another sip, it may have improved on cooling....

...no still really "farmyardy". Blimey. And it's making my limbs tingle. :eek: :D

It's great that you are keeping this thread alive. Hope that you drank plenty of water. Had a good nights sleep and feel all rested this morning.

See, I'll well aware of this phrase and familiar with it, however I just don't get it! Your bladder can hold "x" amount of fluid. When it fills up, you pee. Then you can fill up the exact "x" amount again. I don't get it, as I've never experienced this myself! If 4 drinks causes me to have to go, then afterwards I could drink 4 more until I'd have to go again. I don't know how people's bladder's can magically shrink like this!

Just one of those things I guess... ;) :cool:

This is great. There's also a thread called "anyone sober". Now I have threads to cover my two primary states of mind.

i haven't been drinking much lately (other than the daily beer with dinner; if i'm not dehydrated). it's too easy to drink right now. it's funny ... of all the time i should be drinking (for depressional reasons) it would be now, but im actually handling the poison quite well as of late. i went to a few concerts without getting arrested or kicked out. :p (damn i should have posted after 311!!! i was ****ing wired from cherry bombs! :eek:

you guys are pretty funny with your craziness and whatnot. i spend too much time at this damn corner 'o the net. it's like where you go to smoke a cigarette (im a non-smoker), take a break, shoot the ****, etc. but at the same time it can be a giant neighborhood garage sale, or bar, or coffee shop or whatever. i don't know.

interesting... thought we had killed this one a while ago... see how long this lasts this time ;) :D

got drunk last weekend- lots and lots of beers. Fuller's London Porter in fact. quite yummy:)
 
Woo! 5 day weekend! Booyah! I guess i'll be here lots! unfortunatley last time I got this drunk a bunch of girls dressed me in drag and took pictures. I have a few of them but hte reat are being hel fir blakmail.
