Offline web browsing

What's the easiest way to archive web sites for offline browsing, either with Firefox, Safari or Opera? I've tried using Opera's Work Offline mode, with my cache set to 100mb, but somehow even recently visited sites fail to load.

In Safari 2 you can save an individual page as a Web Archive which retains all images and text. It only does a single page at a time though. Do you want an entire site?

Yes, an entire site (or at least 2-3 links from a particular page) would be most helpful.
