Manchester is cool. Plenty to do, and still a big place, but far more manageable than London. I just find our capital too stressful!!!

Saying that, the whole damned country is going crazy at the moment, so probably best to stay where you are....

Huzzah! I'm typing this from the middle of the Apple Store on Regent Street! I finally found it! I'd had it in my head that it was on Bond Street. Meh. Anyhow. It's beautiful. Its huge! And it's the perfect way to cap of my trip to London. :) :) :) :) :)

EDIT: Just realized I'm on a new iMac. So. A photograph attachment. ;)

I have to say I was very impressed with the Regent Street store when I was there the other week. I want to see the new stores in the Bullring, (Birmingham), and Trafford Centre, (Manchester), at some point too. Apparently the Bullring store is less white than the Regent Street store, more white and black. Apple seem to be heading in that general direction for colour schemes.

London is OK, but I wouldn't want to stay here forever. Hoping to move out in a year or two and move somewhere up north (they have much sainer house prices). I can get a flat for around £40K in Sheffield, but in London the same will cost me about £280K.

Oh dear. Now I'm confused. And my mind is leading me places I ought not go. I have to finish packing as I leave for the airport in one hour. Full account of the trip when I get back. Yo.

London is a nice city, i live in Blkacpool which is a 6 hour drive from London, only being 16 i can't drive there, so i take my girlfriend on the train near enough every weekend and spil her rotten, she loves it, she's a shopper holic, quite like shopping myself, so we go as much as possible, not been for the past 2 weeks actually, as her dad decided he wna'ts to take us abrouad, i aint guna complain lol, (he's one rich guy) so weve been 2 spain last week and france the week before, still though Londo is great, it has a pretty good shop for computer modders like myself, can't think of the name, oh it has a class shop called 'Apple Store' or something :p :p :p :p lol

Its great, also go to Manchest Trafford Centre alot, (1 hour drive or so) and theres a new Apple Store there, not yet been to check it out, will have to stop spending money in the Lacoste shop and spend it in the apple store.

The same with the bullring in Birmingham (my ex's family live there) so we went alot.
