Oh No,Dead pixel

Do you guys think i should get my new 3 day old macbook air replace.It looks like 1 dead pixel on the top left corner.Will best buy even replace it.Hopefully they do because I got an excellent sale price.

Yes, for what Apple charges for their laptops, they should be near perfect.

How do you know there is a dead pixel there? Did you use a magnifying glass to look for them?

I doubt Apple, let alone BB, will take back a MBA with only one dead pixel.

I would figure if Apple wants to maintain is "legendary" customer service, and for the prices they charge, they better give the OP what he wants.

I'm confused... This was a three day old machine, and Best Buy has a 30-day return policy. Why wouldn't they have exchanged it?

Because some fanboy's think that dead pixels should be tolerated.

I would never tolerate a dead or stuck pixel from any manufacturer. You should get what you pay for without question even if it's not made by Apple

How strange, I've never seen a dead pixel on probably hundreds of screens I've used, including a really cheap only LCD monitor I had.
