Typically that icon is representative of that an app which WAS installed (but is no longer as such).

I.e. You haven't reset your data stats since you used that app which has since been deleted from your device.

The app still showed on my used space so I just deleted idk if it was Google maps

Do you have anything on you home screens that represent that app? After you delete it look for something missing.

No it was google maps but that keeps showing up everywhere it's not goin away

I have one of those too on one of my devices, just been too lazy to troubleshoot it. It was an app that unsuccessfully tried to update and never finished, and I can't get it to finish, so yea I'll probably have to delete it.

Have either of you performed a soft reset (home and power button at same time)?

Can tell by the version and app size that it is definitely google maps. Maybe reinstall it and then delete it again?

It drives me nuts when people do not give a descriptive subject line.

It is even worse when they do not explain the question in the actual post.

Not sure how others figured out the question.

Yep... agree with you. I came in here out of pure curiosity since the subject provided no useful information... then there is no text in the first post... only an image. I can only imagine how Google will index this page!
