the screen dims by itself after a few minutes of inactivity. I never had this behavior before. I did adjust brightness and my energy saver settings are at 15 minutes off and 1 hour for drives.

So where does this leave me? What am I missing? Perhaps I never noticed it before but it certainly seems odd.

Took nearly two weeks but its back, I won't go back to Microcenter for authorized service because it took me nearly a half hour of waiting just to pick it up.

Under advanced, there is a setting to dim screen before sleep. Just deactivate that setting.

    Hello Shivetya,

I am a Micro Center manager that scours various websites for any type of customer feed back. I am sorry to hear about the amount of time you waited while trying to pick up your unit.

Can you please let me know what store location you have visited and the work order number of you still have this info. I will speak with the local store about your experience. You can contact me at custrel@microcenter.com with any information that you are able to provide.

    Thank you,
    MC Rep.
