If you're serrious about developing, then you'll get a new computer..
i don't want to buy another computer because i already own my powerbook and my pc who does a great job. why i will buy another, cause i'm serrious??

Its likely a sign that Apple's next OS will be Intel only, you should start thinking about upgrading.

It still is a bit of a bummer though. I recently bought a new iMac, but it's too bad I can't develop on my PowerBook.

On the other side, it isn't necessarily a bad thing that Apple pushes new technology fast.
