OK to always leave 15" M2 MBA on Low Power Mode?

Just curious if anyone out there leaves their M2 MBA on Low Power Mode all the time (when unplugged) and if they've seen any noticeable difference in performance for basic tasks? Is it ok to leave the computer on Low Power Mode always?

M2 Low Power Mode is about as fast as the M1 in Normal Mode. You won't notice a big difference, only more battery.

Thanks. I guess for super basic tasks there isn't much of a noticeable difference. I've found my 15" M2 MBA to kind of lag from time to time so I assumed this was because of Low Power Mode.

Is the difference in battery life substantial with LPM on 15 m2 ? Sounds like a fun test

Mine is on LPM when unplugged. So far no issues
