iPad Okay.. I want to restore my iPad

1. I've jailbroken this iPad 3.
2. Since I want to restore I've backed up to iCloud.
3. I want to keep my save games and app layout, etc.
4. HOWEVER it's jailbroken and I backed up to iCloud

So my question is if I restore from my iCloud backup, will it have jailbroken residue left over? Like settings or deleted launchDaemons? I really don't want to get the dragon blade in fruit ninja again..

Dude two posts below yours has this same discussion going on. Plus it's been discussed a zillion times. If you searched you would have found your answer. But since this is a forum where people always ask for help I'm always a sucker for kindness. Anyways, I just typed out step by step instructions on how to backup game saves in a thread twosome yours.
