Okay once and for all: mini DVI to HDMI

Hi!

I have a 2008 Mac Book with mini-dvi. I wanted to connect it to an HDTV with an HDMI input.

Is there a mini-dvi to HDMI male cable out there? (that ships to Canada)

Will I need another cable for audio?

And DVI does not carry sound, thus the first link shows you how to do that. That guide was the attempt to do it once and for all, though not many find it.
