Okay, I give up... it should seem straight forward but I can't find a thread about how to do this. And I haven't been able to figure out the best way for years.. so I'm coming to ya'll.

Info about me:

I have a me.com email adress.
Signed up with icloud (mobile me before)
iPhone
iPad
Mac running mac mail program.
Macbook air

How do I set up my devices/icloud so that I keep ALL my deleted emails over every device. I want to keep every deleted email till the end of time and if I run out of space I will deal with it then.

Any advice would be extremely welcome. I'm tired of my emails disappearing. PLEASE help!

I only have an iPhone in front of me but since you're now using iCloud, you should be able to avoid having them "disappear" by doing the following on your iPhone:

Settings > iCloud > Account > Mail (under "Advanced" heading) > Advanced > Remove (under "Deleted Messages" heading) > Never
