Old 2G iPhone orginal owners name

I got my partner a 2G iPhone as my mate was selling one at a great price. I did a full restore but on certain apps its using my mates name ie. poker its saying she's called Andy.

Any ideas how to resolve this?

Most likely the game is using the phones ID to log in to their internet server. You'd probably have to contact the creator of the game.
