i can't find detailed video on how tear a part an old imac 3G
i need to keep only the case

searching i found warning about CRT electric shock
is it true?

Even if it isn't the exact model, it should cover the important parts, if all you care about the case. I've upgraded the hard drive and RAM in a 3G, no idea what model it was. Just be careful of sharp edges.
