I have an old AppleWatch (see picture) and don't now anything about it. Also didn't found anything on internet.
Does someone have some information? Is it real and rare?

Sold from the Apple catalog in the early 90s. Worth more than 70 bucks on eBay.

Yup. Sold via Apple's "non computer stuff" catalog, or at the Apple campus store. (They still sell random stuff at the campus store, AFAIK, like coffee mugs, shirts, etc.)
