Old iPad showed up when I activated iOS 8

When I activated iOS 8, my old iPad showed up under the part where it says *these devices won't be able to access iCloud Drive until they are updated* which leads me to believe it is still registered somewhere under my account.
It is not in Find My iPhone or as one of my trusted devices, as far as i know its completely disconnect from my account. How can i remove this?
