does anyone remember an old mac os9 geme where u walk around a city and play games like: go in a boat or gas up a car. its for my 3yr old son. i think it was called "mactown or apple town or city"

What exactly do you mean? Are you asking if you can run OS9 using Boot Camp or if you can run Boot Camp in OS9? The answer to both of those would be no.

If you are wanting to run OS9 on an Intel Mac, you can use open source software called SheepShaver to do that.
