Old Phone showing up on Screen Time

My old iPhone 8 that I recently sold after getting a Xs, is showing up still under "All Devices" in screen time. I wiped the phone, deleted it from icloud, find my iPhone, etc. but it still shows up. Is there anything I can do to remove it?
