Old Powermac Dual G4 Question

Hi,

Student going to try to learn fcp 5 on an old dual powermac. Please don't laugh.

I've already checked the minimum requirements so I should be fine.

My question is which of the following is better for FCP:

dual g4 450 with 1.25 gigs of ram vs dual 533 with 1 gig of ram

I'd go with the 533. I'm thinking processing power would be more valuable than the additional RAM. Also, I would hazard a guess that additional RAM could be obtained fairly easily to boost the total to the max of 1.5GB, and probably for cheap (even by student standards).

Just my opinion.

Dual 533 is better in every way.
