Old safari

Hi guys,
is there any way how to downgrade Safari to the older version from iOS 7?
I am very upset that the long press does not work as it has been working. Cause I am using an HTML5 app based on that and it is quite annoying.

I would really appreciate if there is sth how to set the long press be working as on desktop and not showing some stupid menu....

PS: Downgrade to IOS 7.1.2. is not possible anymore, I suppose. :-(
