Now that the new iPhones are shipping and a lot of reviews came out and all techsites and forums are full of the new iPhones, for some (strange) reason I am even more enjoying my iPhone X I had since November, than a few weeks ago.

I used to upgrade my iPhone every single year, starting 2012.
I have no desire to upgrade this year.

For the non-upgraders:
Show me your (old skool) iPhone X ''love''!:cool:

Love my iPhone X. Best iPhone I ever had to date. iOS 12 runs beautifully on my iPhone X too. Runs like a champ. Very happy with it. Now very happy to get rid of it tomorrow. If I’m very happy with my iPhone X today, imagine how happy I’m going to be tomorrow with a better phone in the iPhone X’s Max!

I went into my local Apple store 2 days ago and bought the X. I figured to get it before it was gone and try it out. Then, if I wanted, I could go back within the 2 week return period and upgrade it if wanted to. I am coming from an iPhone 6, and I gotta say that the X blows me away. It's an incredible phone. Maybe it's ios12, but face id seems really fast as well as everything else. I will go eyeball the Xs this weekend, but my gut tells me there is no reason to spend the extra $100 plus to get that one.

Like my X so much that I almost stuck with it. It has operated without flaw and with iOS 12 it is even better. I just could not stand not getting the larger screen as I have enjoyed the X screen so much.

These large hands and older eye site will appreciate the X MAX

If Apple had _not_ offered the 6.5 Max this year, then I wouldn’t have decided to upgrade. The Only issue I have with a 5.8 iPhone X, it’s way too small, almost unexpectedly smaller than I thought it would be when I first held it. Otherwise the advantage is their for the larger X strictly because of the dispay increase.

yeah, that's the only thing I sometimes have difficulties with, the cramped keyboard of my iPhone X.

But further, excellent iPhone X which will serve me another year ;)

Why does everyone every year need to justify how great their current phone is and why they don't need to upgrade this year?

This is literally probably thread #10 since the keynote where I saw people specifically say they have upgraded every year but not THIS year.

ok?

Every bit counts for the non upgraders to justify their choice. I don't think there's a need for a thread to voice to others on how upgrading is not important to you. In case you're not satisfied with the new releases and want to keep your phone just let it to yourself, nobody else cares really.

yeah, you are right probally.

Just like people with all their Apple ''trophies'' in their signature....I think everyone really cares about the Apple stuff you own(or owned in the past):cool:

So much attacking and yet so defensive, you did care enough to point it out though and guess what? Apple related forum, and I'm not the only one. Enjoy your X. ;)
