Old SMS icon

I want to change the messages icon to the old sms one
I'm using cyberduck and I went to /Applications/MobileSMS.app and have the png but the're a lot of folder there. Which one is the one I have to modify?

I would be wary replacing the stock app icons. Everytime I have tried to do this my iPhone wouldn't boot back up upon a restart.
