Old Software Help....

I have a very old Mac. and I am currently running the 7.1.1 system software. I was trying to add a printer and I messed up the system tools. Now I can't even start the computer and I have lost my disk tools. Do you know where I can purchase or download the system 7.1.1 disk tools? Also, do you know where I could download and or purchase system 7.1.1 system to disks? This computer can only handle floppy's. Thanks
