Old System Profiler from DP2 on Retail?

    I Really Preferred the System Profiler from DP2... The One in the Retail is meh.. Anyway to get the one from The Beta in it? :apple:

    It'll most likely crash. If it does work, it may not for much longer.

    Why Would it crash? The only difference is the older one has Battery info and icons for the tabs.. it just looks better

    Its more that just looks. It may call system functions that don't exist anymore. Maybe it has a built in time switch. The internals of Lion, which System Profiler accesses, changed greatly between DP1 and 10.7.1. The changes have opened an even wider gap between what the DP1 System Profiler wants and what's there.

    I Understand, Would be worth a try.. It sucks as with the new Version you can't view Battery information.. At least on my macbook.. Just seems like a step back on the application..
