Can someone confirm that the "older" (white) wireless keyboard (and mouse) work with the new Aluminum iMac? I would think so, but don't want to assume and find out different after purchasing.

I can confirm it. I used my old one with an iMac this past year. It's just a regular old bluetooth keyboard, not some unique item from planet x.
That's what I thought, but figured better safe than sorry. I wish the wireless aluminum keyboard was a "full size" keyboard, but oh well.
