I have a 2019 13.3 in Spectre 360 with an amazing 4k OLED screen. I tried a 2021 Spectre 13.5 with 14 in screen but it is 3:2 ratio and lower pixel density. I also thought I could see individual pixels on that screen which was quite distracting.

Now with Intel 12th gen laptops are coming to market I would like to know if upcoming XPS 13 should have the same Samsung panel as in Spectre 13.3? Any other OLED ultraportables coming to market?

If you are seeing pixels well I can think of only two reason. One it is 1920 by 1080 and is not 3K or 4K display screen. Two they set wallpaper with low resolution. I’m sure HP installed proper drivers and got it all set up at the store for viewers I do not think that is it.

You should not be seeing pixels with 3K or 4K.
