Here are some from my brothers destination wedding to Kauai last week... none of these are edited besides using Photos.app auto-enhancement on some

Those are awesome photos! It looks like portrait mode worked really well with the couple getting married and the couple walking away. I am so happy that this camera is that good...finally.

This is our dog who is notoriously difficult to photograph except when someone is eating.

Went to NY Comic Con this weekend and decided to play around with portrait mode with some of the cosplayers and their amazing costumes. Got some great results with my XS Max. I can’t wait till next year to really go full throttle with with this mode. I really couldn’t be happier. By then I’ll likely have the next generation so I’d expect the results to be even better. But hey, this is fantastic.

Just a little helpful hint to all of you guys, after you take your photos with your new iPhones, touch the edit button and then touch the little wand tool and it makes a huge difference sometimes with the end result of the photograph. Just a little subtle boost in contrast and brightness where it’s needed. I bring this up because I’ve seen where some people have mentioned that the photos are a little flat and lacks that extra punch. That is probably because of the HDR, but using the little wand tool really helps out a lot. Here are two examples from two of my photographs: left is straight out of camera right is auto adjust via the wand tool.. middle photo: top is right out of camera, bottom was with wand tool. Bottom photo: left, out of camera, right: wand tool. The camera on this phone is so good that it really doesn’t need much touch up. Of course I know there’s apps like Snapseed where you can fully adjust the photo, but there’s really not much of a need since it is so good.

Super nice! Try the wand tool to see if it enhances more...

Nice! I can’t Believe this is your first shot since you had your new phone. Obviously you used Slow Shutter cam or something like that to blur the water, looks good.

Yep one of the things I like about my office
