Omnifocus Sync with any Calendar?

Hey guys,
I'm new to the mac world, but already amazed at the possibilities 🙂 just got into geek tool and thats pretty awesome but right now I'm having issues with OmniFocus and Calendars (any). I want to sync my cal (either ical or busycal or any other you guys can recommend me) to my omnifocus tasks... but it says i can't sync with 10.8 lion or something? Can you guys help me?
