Any idea where I can purchase original install media disc 2?

I'm looking for AHT

For AHT and if your mac pro boots, you can also follow the instructions of this site: https://github.com/upekkha/AppleHardwareTest

it worked very nicely for me on mavericks with my 4,1 mac pro.
