On an Apple Watch with cellular, can you use the watch as a personal hotspot?

As the subject sayeth. I'm mostly thinking of when I go for dialysis visits (as a checkup b/c I do my dialysis at home) and I've always got an iPad or MacBook with me.

Obviously I'm thinking of sharing internet access on my watch using it's wifi. Is this possible?

The battery drain on the watch would be insane Id think which is why they do not have the option id assume
