Fedex is behind on updating the tracking because of all the orders.

I think they'd be having more fun in Texas--or more specifically Austin... or my house, even.
I'll be stabby if my tracking was behind and it was attempted deliver today. Should have left the pre-sign out there....
Honestly I dont see any reason why it won't be delivered today if it says out for delivery. Is someone going to load it up and not deliver it? Who is going to be the cool guy in line Thursday trying to buy another one while already owning one?

You have to look at it this way. If a few hundred thousand get theirs today and activate them right away it will make the process easier for everyone else on Thursday. It's pretty smart if you ask me and better for everyone in the long run. A week from now you won't even remember when you get your phone just that you got it.
Mine's stuck in Newark. It got there at 2:48 a.m. and has been stuck there ever since. Stuck in Newark at the airport. Been there, done that. Not pretty.

Haha not me. The line at my local Apple Store is already pretty long. I can't imagine waiting in line there Thursday, especially having to wake up so early!
From what I understand, there is already a MicroSIM in the iPhone and you just have to activate it when you receive the phone. Please correct me if I am wrong.

sucks for me cause I am leaving to go to LA first thing tomorrow morning and won't be back till July 7... I will have missed my new iphone by a matter of hours....
lol what is not fair? I hope they get it and I can see some awesome videos on youtube with unboxing. A lot of people are getting theirs (it looks like) today and tomorrow.
Your "International Economy Distribution" service sounds like that's when it's going to be delivered/distributed at Fedex. My service type shows "Standard Overnight", with delivery still for 6/23.
i don't want to see unboxing videos of someone else enjoying their phone. I ordered my phone before lots and lots of people in USA. Yet because im in ****** UK i don't get mine till 24th. LOL it's not fair, we should all get it 24th end of. Not before.

I think most of us pre-ordered on the 15th, so we're all kind of close "in line."
